Marinated Curried Chicken on Flatbread

To Serve

  • 600g Green salad (Rocket or Mixed)
  • Garlic Mayonnaise (or dressing of choice)
  • Flatbreads (plain or herb)

Preparation Method

  1. In a sealable plastic bag, add the dry curry mix to the chicken and shake well/massage to completely coat the meat.
  2. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 180oc
  4. Roast for 20 mins turning once during cooking (no need to add oil).
  5. Place salad and dressing to base of flatbread then add chicken, fold and enjoy!

Another suggestion

Delicious if you want to barbecue the marinated chicken  too! Why not add mushrooms and peppers?
