  • 300g diced Chicken Breast or simply dice your own from whole breast fillets
  • 110g Yeungs Chinese Curry Mix
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • Peas

To Serve

  • Boiled Rice (of choice)

Preparation Method


  1. Mix full contents of Chinese Curry Mix with a pint of water.
  2. Place on cooker with maximum heat.
  3. Keep stirring with a whisk and bring to the boil.

Making the Curry

  1. Pan fry the diced chicken until cooked through.
  2. Mix the sauce as directed.
  3. When the curry sauce has boiled and the chicken is cooked through, put all the ingredients required into the boiled curry sauce.
  4. Stir and cook for 1 further minute.
  5. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
